I discovered this story while searching for time travel novels. I love time travel and was intrigued by the way they ” time traveled”.

In this story, three kids discover an old radio buried in the backyard. When the kids attempt to fix the radio, they discover it wasn’t as broken as they thought. When a voice responds to them, the kids discover that it belonged to a kids living in 1944. is a portal to the past. 1944 to be exact. Much to their surprise, it worked. When a voice answers them, they  find that they are talking to kids from 1944. belonged to soon find themselves chatting with kids The  quickly found that the kids on the other end of the radio were from 1944.
