My review

I read this story several times growing up. Its been awhile since I read this story but I remember being immersed in this story & not wanting to put this book down until I finished.

I liked Sara. She was fun to get to know. I enjoyed watching her navigate this adventure.  The relationship between her and Doug was also fun to watch. I liked how this is not just an adventure but a love story as well.

I didn’t know much about Bolivia or the drug cartel until I read this story. Jeanette Windle did an excellent job making this story believable.

Its an exciting story that weaves adventure, faith and romance into a story you won’t want to put down!

This is book one of a two book series.

I recommend this to my family & friends.

This book was purchased by me. This review is my own honest opinions about this book. All views expressed are my opinions and no one else.
